Joshua 10:13-15

Amplified Bible

¹³
So the sun stood still, and the moon stopped,
Until the nation [of Israel] took vengeance upon their enemies.

Is it not written in the Book of Jashar? So the sun stood still in the middle of the sky and was in no hurry to go down for about a whole day. ¹⁴There has not been a day like that before it or after it, when the Lord listened to (heeded) the voice of a man; for the Lord was fighting for Israel.

¹⁵Then ^[a]Joshua and all Israel with him returned to the camp at Gilgal.
